| John was born and raised in Wigan, Lancashire, England – Just a stone's throw from the musical hot spots of Liverpool and Manchester. He got involved in the business early – playing the guitar and singing all over Northern England; performing in clubs, bars and other venues. When he moved to North America he continued his musical journey as a solo act and as the vocalist/guitarist in several bands, both in Canada and the U.S. Having been a lifelong fan of Elvis, John began paying tribute to the King in 2001. John has a passion for keeping Elvis’ music alive through careful replication of his voice, mannerisms and costumes. His repertoire covers all stages of Elvis' career - the 50's, 60's & 70's. He has entered many competitions and humbly considers himself fortunate to have placed in the finals several times, including twice at the Collingwood Elvis Festival (2005 & 2008), and at the Brantford ‘King Fling’ (2007), as well as many other festivals. John has played to sold out crowds in many popular venues, including restaurants, clubs & pubs, legions and other service clubs. He has performed at conferences, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, picnics, retail store Grand Openings, fund-raising events and much, much more.
